The aim of the Boston Chromatin Club is to bring together researchers interested in chromatin imaging and it's applications.
We meet on a monthly basis to have a sponsored lunch that acts as a sounding board for ideas and generation of potential collaborations. Some of our favourite topics include:
- Single particle tracking of chromosomal loci
- Chromatin domains and correlated motion
- Image analysis methods
- Polymer models - what are they good for and how to use them
- DNA damage, aging, and transcription
If you'd like to join us for lunch email: aseeber@fas.harvard.edu
